1.1 The unlocking service time begins at the point when we receive payment from the customer.

1.2 We offer IMEI based permanent factory unlocking services.

1.3 We offer IMEI checking service which tells you info like your phone model, warranty status, iOS Firmware, Activation Date, Lock Status and carrier name.

1.4 After unlocking your iPhone, any GSM SIM card can be used anywhere in the world.


2.1 Because of nature of our business, customers cannot cancel order once IMEI is in process. Cancellation is only possible if service goes down or order exceeds delivery time.


3.1 Unlocking laws vary from country to country. In Europe and North America, unlocking is generally legal. Check your local laws before placing order.


4.1 We assume that our customers have gone through the info on our website.


5.1 It is customers responsibility to make sure that the phone is locked to AT&T before ordering.

5.2 Customers who want to use iPhone with UK carriers should make sure that their phone is not reported lost or stolen at http://www.checkmend.com/uk. Handsets which are reported lost or stolen in UK get blocked and cannot be used on any carrier.


6.1 All prices and delivery times are mentioned clearly in different packages.

6.2 99% of the time, your order is delivered timely but on some rare days Apple or AT&T go through maintenance which causes delays. In such cases, delivery time might increase. We will inform you about such delays.

6.3 Our business time is 4 am – 4 pm PST. Delivery time applies only during business hours.

7. Refunds Policy

7.1  We offer 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our products. In order to protect the legitimacy of this guarantee for all parties concerned, the guarantee itself is subject to the following terms:

Video proof should contain the following evidence.

  • Insertion of non AT&T SIM.
  • Restore and activate your phone by using unlocking instructions.

No refunds will be given if:

7.4 Your device IMEI number displays “iPhone Already Unlocked” message on checking via Network checker tool.

7.5 You provides us with an incorrect IMEI number and an unlock has been completed or carrier database says “Not Found”.

7.6 You choose wrong carrier. We unlock iPhone which is locked to AT&T only. As a result of wrong selection, we’ll get “Not Found” message . You can use our iPhone Network Checker to confirm whether your phone is locked to AT&T or not.

7.7 Your iPhone is not activated before placing an unlock order.

7.8 You don’t provide video proof with the evidence that unlocking process doesn’t work.

7.9 You purchases another service else where.

7.10 The device appears to be blocked after unlocking.

7.11 If your iPhone is unlocked but you are unable to complete the process even after full customer support from us.

7.12 Unlock code retrieval exceeds our delivery  time. 99% of the time we deliver your order even before delivery time but sometimes problem in Apple or carrier database can cause delays.

7.13 Your device was unlocked but the carrier or SIM you want to use with iPhone is not compatible with your device. It usually happens when your phone is GSM only and you want to use it with CDMA network.

7.14 Your phone was unlocked successfully but you don’t want to unlock it anymore.

7.15 Before placing your order, the device was already unlocked.

7.16 iPhone can’t be activated in iTunes but our network checker shows it as unlocked.

7.17  You have past dues or unpaid fees owed to AT&T from the phone account and AT&T decides to relock your iPhone.


8.1 We inform you about completion of your order via Email. That Email contains simple and easy to follow instructions to complete the unlock procedure by connecting to iTunes. Kindly add “contact@iphoneattunlock.com” to your safe mail list so that any Email from us don’t end up in Spam or Junk folder.

8.2 If our unlock instructions don’t work then restore your device to the latest iOS. It’ll solve the issue.  We will not be responsible if you don’t restore your device to the latest iOS just because you want to keep jailbreak.

8.3 iPhone 3G or 3GS owners with baseband 6.15.00 will have to downgrade to 5.13.04 by using latest Redsn0w software before using our unlock code. Google the tutorial or contact us if you can’t find any tutorial.

8.4 Sometimes you don’t see “Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked” message in iTunes. It doesn’t always mean that your phone is still locked. It might be because of some problem. Sometimes, it does mean that it’s still locked but not always. You can be sure only if you don’t see carrier signals on the phone.

8.5 Make sure that you’re restoring your iPhone as new phone. Do not restore from backup.

8.6 Feel free to check unlock status of your device via third party online IMEI checking services but keep in mind that not all services update their database frequently. We recommend you to wait 1 to 2 days before checking. Otherwise, use our service, our database updates within few hours.

8.7 No jailbreak, downgrade, upgrade and activation instructions are provided by us.
